
This activity aims to enhance the creativity and skills of the women’s community group (PKK) in Permata Village by utilising natural resources through ecoprint techniques, enabling the creation of functional and value-added ecoprint products. The initiative seeks to optimise the use of local plant resources from the surrounding environment. It is expected that the PKK members will participate actively in the activity and be able to apply the knowledge gained in producing ecoprint items.
The target of this activity is the PKK of Permata Village, with the aim of sharing knowledge, enhancing creativity, and developing skills in utilising natural resources from the local environment through the ecoprint technique. Furthermore, it is hoped that this initiative will serve as a valuable experience and learning opportunity, enabling the broader community to adopt similar practices. Ultimately, the activity aspires to foster the creation of functional and value-added products that benefit both the PKK members of Permata Village and the wider community.
Based on the community service activities carried out for the PKK of Permata Village, it can be concluded that the ecoprint training programme, as an effort to empower women, can be effectively implemented as a means of utilising local natural resources. The activity was successfully organised and proceeded smoothly according to the planned schedule. The PKK women of Permata Village showed great enthusiasm in participating in the entire series of activities. Moreover, they were able to produce ecoprint products using raw materials sourced from their surrounding environment.
